Experience the unique opportunity to learn how to make the iconic Ladurée cake, the Ispahan, in the setting of an actual Ladurée Pastry Laboratory where our Ladurée Pastry Chefs create Ladurée viennoseries and cakes according to the exact recipes and techniques from Ladurée Paris.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Time: from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Note: if a class is not offered on a specific date, this means that the session has been sold out or not available on that date

Location: Ladurée Vancouver Pastry Laboratory, Unit 25, 3871 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, B.C., V5J 5G6

To ensure an optimal learning experience and effective hands-on training, each class will require a minimum of 7 participants and can accommodate up to a maximum of 14 participants.

We reserve the right to cancel a class 48 hours in advance if it is not fully booked. You will be notified.

Classes are refundable up to 14 days before the class date

Classes are not refundable but exchangeable for a different date up to 7 days before to the class date

Classes are not refundable and not exchangeable after 7 days prior to the event date

Based on the Chef’s evaluation of the class’s complexity, we recommend a minimum age of 12 for participation. If you would like to bring a younger participant, please reach out to us at pastryclass@ladureecanada.ca prior to booking

The session promises a blend of tradition, innovation, and indulgence.

Join us for an unforgettable journey where passion meets pastry perfection.

All of our masterclasses are designed to be interactive, ensuring that you engage directly in creating your own culinary masterpiece. Participants will leave with their experience of making the Ispahan, recipe booklet, their handcrafted treats, an apron embroidered with our logo and a box with two Ladurée macarons.
